Why do you have password-protected areas on our website?

Our professional governing body requires that we have a veterinary client relationship with individuals before communicating certain information to them. These are the areas that require you to enter your client password.

What are your hours of operation?
|
Our regular business hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.– 5:00 p.m. On Thursday nights we have extended hours until 7:00 p.m. to serve you better. Saturday we are open from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Please call 250-723-7341 to book a convenient appointment time or you may use our on-line appointment scheduler to request a date and time.

What do I do in the case of an emergency and your clinic isn’t open?

In an EMERGENCY, call 250-723-7341. Our answering machine will give you the information as to which clinic is on call and contact information. Remember to stay off your phone line as needed so the doctor may reach you.

Where is your clinic located?
|
The Clinic is located at 1850 Alberni Highway. We are the first left just past Coomb's Country Candy on the highway.

How do I get my password?
|
If you are a client of our clinic, you may obtain your client password by calling our clinic directly at 250-723-7341 or by e-mailing our clinic at info@albernivet.com. Our staff will confirm your association as a client and provide you with the password.
